BBQ in nature and totally Vegan
We wanted to choose the best products for a good barbecue in nice company.
BBQ
3 sauces:
Beet Yogurt sauce
Sun-dried tomato vinaigrette
Sun-dried tomato vinaigrette
Alioli
We had:
300 g Chorizo (Astrid och Aporna)
1 kg Veggie Burguer (100% VEGO) 2 kilo swedish small potatoes
1 kg red onions
200 g mushrooms
400 g cooked corn cob
300 g Eggplant
1 kg tomatoes
400 grams pepper

Prepare sauces like us, we took what we like;
Sun-dried tomato Vinaigrette: 50 grams of dried tomatoes in 3 decilitres of olive oil per 1 deciliter of wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, pass it through the blender and serve.
Beet yogurt sauce:
100 g beetroot in vinegar, 200 grams soy yogurt without sugar, salt pepper to taste, pass it through the blender and serve.
Put the potatoes baked with parsley and garlic in the owen.
For the fire we had charcoal organic, on the grill, put the vegetables and the vegan meat when the grill is ready.
We have chosen a French rosé and homemade lemonade for this summer dinner.
